Return Shipping box arrives

So I got my return shipping box today, Nov 21st.
Guess what date the Purolator return shipping label was printed? Nov 15th! Ya, the day I called and had them restart the return process.
So my guess of what happened was they printed the label, but had no cardboard shipping boxes to go out. So it sat until yesterday when they got some in. That's how overloaded they must be that they run out of boxes!
Hopefully they have nice clean or even NEW 360's to send out asap for replacement. Hopefully this is my last run with these people
